Lower Body in effect for today..I was suppose to have done it yesterday, but it wasn`t happening with this cold Iv`e been fighting.. amongst other things that KRANK is working on..
My food consumption has not been good for about a week, I can feel the difference and see it in my performance. Have to get back on track!
Really crappy out today, so this is really when you have to push harder and stay focused...rain makes me lazy :)
