Got to work the conditioning too, what`s the use of all that mass but you can`t move when duty calls!
I`m fond of pushing weight..don`t like conditioning too much but you have to do it...have to be agile, flexible, and be able to move!
So put it like this, torment me all you want but I`ll be able to go the distance..all 12 rounds no problem with power to back it up in the simplest words of putting it.. Push weight yes, but work the other system as well.
Your Heart and lungs are just as important..if they`re not healthy nothing else matters!

Nice posts! a great way for me to work on that is by mixing some dynamic efforts with the compound movements, mostly in-season, or to have a dynamic effort only day. I also tried to do a wrestling day after my workout days, works great for speed, agility and for physical sports!
ReplyDeleteI agree with the Dynamic E-days..also wrestling is an excellent way of getting it in to, it covers every aspect of the spectrum..If you`re ever in town you`re more than welcome to pass through and get it in BIG WILL!
ReplyDeleteI might go on a training trip in NJ this summer, propably for Zach's USC certification or just to train for the hell of it, so that would be great!
